Veterans Affairs may provide benefits to meet some of the costs of a funeral for Veterans and certain dependents. Once again you will need to contact Veteran Affairs to find out eligibility.

If you are struggling after losing a family member don't be afraid to ask for help. Social Workers are available through Centrelink offices throughout Australia to help at such times. They can provide counselling and help with many of the practical tasks which arise following bereavement.
