Ashes are available two working days after the funeral and are held by the Cemetery for six months.
If you wish to have the ashes interred within the Cemetery, you need to organise a time with them to discuss all the options available for the placement of your loved ones ashes. Some of the options are: Family Grave, Garden of Remembrance, Niche Walls and Rose Bush. Otherwise you may wish to take your loved one’s ashes home or scatter them in a special place.
The Administrator is the only person authorised to collect the ashes from the Cemetery. However the Administrator may authorise another person to collect the ashes by giving written authority to do so. This person will need photo identification.
